Crecí en esta comunidad de Phoenix donde muchas familias de clase media baja quedan fuera de las conversaciones y oportunidades, o se les habla con desdén cuando deciden preguntar. Eso es personal para mi, y es la razón principal que me impulsa para hacer lo que hago.
I am Luciana Valdez and I've been buying and selling real estate in Phoenix since before I ever had a license — this is my home turf.
Before I was an agent, I was a transaction coordinator, which means I learned this business from the inside: every deadline, every document, every place a deal can go sideways. I bring that same attention to detail to every client I work with.
I'm not here to push you into a decision. I'm here to walk you through one.
I'm bilingual and I grew up in this community. A lot of lower-middle class families in Phoenix get left out of conversations about wealth-building through real estate, or talked down to when they show up. That's personal to me, and it's a big part of why I do this work — to close that gap and make sure you have the real numbers and the real picture before you make a move.
